FAQ

Clear answers before you order.

Understand how we work, then discuss products and order terms that fit your needs.

Can I start with a small trial order?+

We help explore a suitable trial order. MOQ depends on the style, packaging and customization requirements; there is no single minimum quantity for every product.

Which products do you manufacture yourselves?+

We manufacture bentonite cat litter in our own factory. Other pet supplies are sourced through long-standing partner suppliers.

Do you support OEM and ODM?+

Yes, we welcome both. OEM may suit your existing specifications and designs; ODM can be discussed for style changes or product development. Feasibility, costs, samples and lead times are confirmed for each project.

What can be customized for cat litter?+

Color, fragrance, granule size and packaging can be discussed. Available options depend on the litter material, formula and production conditions.

Can I source several categories together?+

Send your full list. We check specifications, MOQ, packaging and lead times for each item, then coordinate consolidation.

Can you guarantee shipments will never be delayed?+

We plan space and shipment milestones in advance, monitor progress and communicate exceptions. Transit remains subject to carriers, ports and other operating conditions. Delivery arrangements follow the agreed order and shipping terms.

Are payment terms negotiable?+

Payment options may be discussed according to the products, order conditions and trading relationship. Final terms are confirmed in the agreed order.

Are all product and factory images actual photographs?+

Unfilled product and factory image positions are clearly marked. AI-generated lifestyle scenes are labeled separately and do not represent actual supplied models or factory facilities. Actual product details must be confirmed with samples.

Does the inquiry form send messages automatically?+

The form prepares an email draft. Please review and send it in your email app; automatic server-side delivery is not currently enabled.

Can we evaluate products through samples or a trial order first?+

Share the product, market, quantity and packaging requirements. We help arrange samples and discuss an appropriate trial order. Neutral packaging, branded printing and new development may have different minimums, costs and lead times, which we clarify in the quotation.

How do we align approved samples with bulk order requirements?+

Record the approved sample, specification and artwork versions before ordering. Agree on key materials, dimensions, functions, packaging and inspection criteria. Confirm the scope and cost of supplier testing or third-party inspection in advance. Unconfirmed requirements are not treated as agreed terms.

Can different products be purchased and shipped together?+

Send your full sourcing list. We check each item's supply terms, then coordinate production and consolidation across suppliers. MOQs, packaging and lead times may differ. Consolidation does not automatically remove item-level minimums or additional costs.

How should replenishment orders be planned?+

Share quantities, required delivery timing and destination. Confirm any product or packaging changes and align production and booking milestones early. Executable schedules are confirmed against the actual order; if production or sailing plans change, we discuss workable alternatives.

Can I get a quotation before all specifications are finalized?+

We can discuss an initial budget based on available information, clearly stating provisional materials, specifications, quantities, packaging and trade terms, together with outstanding questions. A firm quotation requires agreed product and delivery conditions; changes may require requoting.
